A little about myself:
I began cooking at a young age watching over my grandmothers shoulder, helping her anyway I could. I began my culinary education at a technical high school program learning all my basic skills, food safety, and techniques. I later attended college where I received my certification in Culinary Arts and Science along with my Food Handler’s and Servsafe Certifications. I immediately started building my resume working in busy kitchens, to bakeries, and even hospital settings. As my love for food grew I began to learn and study nutrition and incorporating my skills and knowledge in both. My real passion grew when I discovered holistic and alternative ways of healing, this lead me to earn a certification as a Natural Health Consultant. I started my own business to be able to work one on one with people to give the best quality and individually created service. Allow me to assist you in designing diets that work best for you, that not only will help you reach your goals, but to also feed your body properly. I offer a variety of services that can be catered to your preferences, and unique needs.
